Family Preservation Specialists will work to keep families together, support families at risk of poverty and prevent children from being removed from their homes.
Some task of the Specialist include:
- Family & Parenting Assessments
- In-Home Visits
- Resource Navigation
- Household Management
- Parenting Skill Development
- Transportation
Services can be provided in collaboration with other case management programs.
