
Jennifer DeLaporte is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a master’s degree in special education. She has spent her career supporting individuals with disabilities and their families through education, skill-building, and community connection. Jennifer has worked as a high school special education teacher and at the Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment, where she provided ABA therapy for clients and created the Accessing Career Experiences (ACE) program to support post-secondary employment and independence.
Jennifer currently serves as the Transition Coordinator for Columbia Public Schools, overseeing employment and work-readiness programs for students receiving special education services. Her work aligns with Kingdom Konnections’ mission to educate and empower families by strengthening skills, relationships, and pathways to long-term stability and independence.
