Job Development

The Career Advancement Specialist will assist the parents in developing a career plan and working with them to achieve the goals that they set.

This could include:

Obtaining GED/HiSet/Diploma
Completing a trade/technical certificate program
Enrolling in college and completing classes successfully
Going straight into the workforce.

Career Advancement Specialist will assist with soft skill development, job interview etiquette, proper work attire, and much more.

Referrals can be made in collaboration with other career advancement agencies.
