Kommunity Konnections
The Kommunity Konnectors will focus on outreach and establishing relationships with outside agencies in order to effectively partner with them and build konnections for the parents served.
This program will encompass support groups for mothers and fathers, social events, community presentations, education and training classes, and much more.
