Tasca Tolson

Tasca M. Tolson, MS, M.Ed., LPC, CADC, BIP, CTP is a Licensed Professional Counselor, trauma-informed consultant, educator, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience serving individuals, families, and communities across Missouri. Throughout her career, she has worked in mental health, substance use treatment, child welfare, criminal justice, domestic violence intervention, and community-based prevention services, helping individuals navigate challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.  

As the founder and owner of TMT Consulting, Tasca provides trauma-informed counseling, training, and consultation services focused on mental health, communication, conflict resolution, emotional wellness, and healthy relationships. She is passionate about helping individuals understand the impact of trauma, develop resilience, and create lasting positive change in their personal and professional lives.  

Tasca's work extends beyond direct services and into community education and advocacy. She has facilitated hundreds of trainings, workshops, and intervention groups, while partnering with organizations, schools, nonprofits, and public agencies to increase awareness of trauma, mental health, grief, domestic violence, and community healing. Her commitment to empowering underserved populations has made her a respected leader and trusted resource throughout central Missouri.

As a member of the Kingdom Konnections Board of Directors, Tasca brings extensive expertise in trauma-informed care, behavioral health, family systems, and community engagement. She is passionate about supporting the organization's mission to educate, empower, and equip families while helping build strong systems of support that promote healing, stability, and long-term success.
